Injection mold for the family of BMC parts. Due to its excellent stiffness BMC can replace aluminium parts in a number of applications. Therefore expensive after-processing or treatment is no longer required.

Production
The most sophisticated molds are manufactured economically and with greatest possible accuracy in our air-conditioned facilities. The assembly line consists of HSC center with pallet system, CNC measuring machine and CNC erode center with pallet system.
A round the clock production guarantees short production times. Unmanned shifts lower the costs.

Quality Management
Our company is certified in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
All parts are constantly checked during the production process.
Measurement records and documents are archived for the production of spare parts.
