Domel Toolshop has been developing, constructing and manufacturing diecasting molds for aluminium parts of electric motor and automobile industries for over 30 years. Top quality is guaranteed by a team of skilled and well-educated expert co-workers and by applying high technology and control with CNC measuring machines.

    Professional project management, simultaneous engineering with modern CAD/CAM systems shorten the time required to develop and finalize the product.


    Production
    Demanding molds are manufactured economically and with great accuracy with modern CNC machines (e.g. HSC milling machine with pallet system) in our air-conditioned facilities.
    A round the clock production guarantees short production times. Unmanned shifts lower the costs.





    Standardization paves the way for an economical production of diecasting molds for stator housings. Dies and parts are carefully designed and constructed, therefore after-processing of aluminium parts before the final assembling is no longer required.

    All parts are constantly checked during the production process.

    Production of aluminium parts is carried out by modern machines with the clamping force of 630 tonnes.
